Review over Bas TravelI had one of the most horrible travel experiences in March. I paid a large amount specifically to avoid traveling in a group, yet I was placed in the Holi group against my wishes. When I called the organizer, he ignored my messages – but had time to gossip with different individuele in the group.
The hotel was shocking. There were mice and roaches crawling on my clothes, and the bed had visible fungus. I have photos and video evidence. The toilet didn’t flush, and we had to endure three days of a terrible smell. To make it worse, we had to beg for towels, and when I finally spoke up, Sushil yelled at me. I suffer but he make it about him.
His agency used three different phone numbers under the same name, Freud:making it very difficult to trace or hold anyone accountable. Eventually, the entire group complained. My daughter, who is a lawyer, even suggested we file a formal complaint because the situation was unacceptable.
I paid for a custom itinerary with places I personally selected, but they insisted on taking us to locations of his own choosing. I was deeply disappointed. He promised a vegetarian meal on a boat — I received nothing. That night, I went to bed hungry and frustrated.
He also promised white clothing for the Holi celebration — we received nothing.
This man is a shameless liar who cheated me out of nearly €9000. There was no empathy, no responsibility, and no professionalism.
